Qualifications

• 3+ years in Manual QA with hands-on automation across the full stack, TypeScript preferred.
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, transaction lifecycle, and DeFi concepts like staking and bridging.
• AI-native approach, using AI tools daily to move faster and solve complex errors.
• Fast learner who thrives in a rapidly changing crypto/FinTech environment.
• Data-driven debugger who analyzes logs and monitoring outputs to root cause issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of the product end-to-end, analyzing specs and suggesting improvements.
• Design and execute thorough manual test plans across complex financial and Web3 flows.
• Leverage AI agents to accelerate workflow, expand coverage, and ship faster without sacrificing depth.
• Dive into logs/monitoring tools (Datadog/Sentry) to understand failures and root causes.
• Contribute to automation across backend APIs and frontend interfaces in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with product teams, acting as an engineer with a product mindset.
