Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to own and drive testing for an ETD platform, including Java backend, Azure integrations, and a React UI. You will lead test strategy, build automation, and collaborate with business analysts and product owners in a Scrum environment.

The role emphasizes crisis management, technical leadership, and end-to-end quality across complex trading workflows, with a focus on security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Min 8–9 years' experience with full independent Java testing skills and technical leadership.
• Strong skills in building QA and QA automation processes from scratch.
• Hands-on experience testing React front-end applications.
• Experience with the Azure ecosystem, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Participating in the full life cycle of development.
• Communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a critical release with limited runway and evolving scope; develop and execute an initial manual Test Plan.
• Lead design and development of a modular automation framework using Java 21, Selenide, and JUnit 5 for React UI testing, and RestAssured for API validation.
• Test the Java mid-tier and configure Spring Boot integrations with Azure Data Factory pipelines and related Azure services.
• Focus testing on complex conflict-check rules engine and jurisdictional logic.
• Define and execute End-to-End (E2E) workflow scenarios and implement security checks (2FA, geo-location-based access).
• Engage with BAs/POs to align user stories and fit testing into Scrum of Scrums with management.
