Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks a QA Engineer to ensure digital quality across complex fintech projects.

You will design testing strategies, test microfrontend apps with React/TypeScript, and validate backend services. Collaboration with developers, analysts, and stakeholders is essential in this role. Qualifications

• Several years of QA/Software Test experience.
• Fluent German required for international collaboration.
• Hands-on testing of microfrontend apps with React and TypeScript.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify gaps and risks.
• Experience testing backend services with Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin.
• Strong API testing expertise (REST, Kafka, event-driven).
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation.
• Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Gauge, Gherkin, or similar.
• Understanding of containerized environments and CI/CD (OpenShift, ArgoCD).
• Experience in Agile with DevOps/DevTestOps practices.

Our client is a global consulting and technology organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for leading financial institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the quality of digital applications and services through the design, preparation, and execution of testing strategies,

testing microfrontend-based applications, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript ecosystems,

analyzing business and functional requirements while identifying gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks,

collaborating closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve solution quality,

designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and test suites,

validating backend services, APIs, and event-driven architectures,

creating and executing unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios,

supporting CI/CD processes as well as DevOps and DevTestOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle,

tracking, reporting, and driving defect resolution activities,

actively contributing to Agile teams working within Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.

Requirements

Several years of experience in a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role,

fluent German language skills required for collaboration in an international environment,

hands-on experience testing microfrontend-based applications built with React and TypeScript,

strong ability to analyze business and functional requirements while communicating effectively with stakeholders,

experience testing backend services developed with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and/or Kotlin,

solid expertise in API testing, including REST services, Kafka, and event-driven architectures,

practical experience designing and maintaining test automation solutions,

knowledge of tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Gauge, Gherkin, or comparable frameworks,

understanding of containerized environments, modern infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines such as OpenShift and ArgoCD,

experience working within Agile environments and applying DevOps and DevTestOps principles,

familiarity with enterprise-grade platforms and online portals, including validation of functional and non-functional requirements,

hands-on experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools, including GitHub Copilot.
