GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to validate features for an AI maintenance platform. You will focus on manual validation, exploratory testing, and precise defect reporting in a fast-paced, multi-agent environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA, strong Python for automation, API testing expertise, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes. English proficiency is required and Polish/Ukrainian candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with backend or AI/ML apps.
• Strong Python or similar scripting for automation and data checks.
• Proven API testing and data persistence validation in databases.
• Experience setting up QA in containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) environments.

Responsabilités

• Execute manual tests in the live QA environment per test plans.
• Design clear test cases with steps and expected results.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and defects.
• Create detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and screenshots.
• Use SQL to verify data and backend state after UI actions.
• Maintain master test case CSV registry and link with Jira.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to assist test case writing and triage.
• Review incoming stories to clarify acceptance criteria before testing begins.
• Identify tests suitable for automation and contribute pytest guidance.
