Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned test automation engineer to plan and execute comprehensive testing across integration, system, and usability levels. You will lead E2E/UAT efforts and collaborate with developers to identify critical paths for stability.

Responsibilities include designing robust automated frameworks, conducting code reviews, and evaluating new tools, with a focus on improving testing strategies and automation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on test automation experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript for test development.
• Strong knowledge of Git/version control and API testing with Postman.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integration, system, and usability testing.
• Participate in End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify critical paths and ensure product stability.
• Foster strong collaboration with other development teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality engineering practices.
• Evaluate, integrate, and introduce new testing tools and technologies (Proof of Concept, showcases).
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the testing strategy and automation processes.
