Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned Automation Test Engineer to help scale a cloud-native data platform for a leading global investment bank. You will design robust test strategies and build scalable frameworks across 50+ business tenants.

Work with Java backend, AI-assisted test automation, and CI/CD integration to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality. This role offers exposure to regulatory priorities and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Automation Testing with Java, preferably in Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Solid Java Backend development and testing experience along with behavior-driven development and AI-assisted test automation.

Responsibilities

• Engineer robust test automation for a cloud data platform used by 50+ tenants.
• Design and implement scalable test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to validate functionality.
• Own end-to-end testing of new features—from strategy to automated tests to results analysis.
• Identify opportunities to optimize test coverage and reduce manual effort, improving platform reliability.
• Communicate progress and risks to promote transparency and quality.
