Job summary

Nearform is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our Poland-based team on a B2B contract. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across multiple projects, embedding testing early in the software lifecycle.

You will define automated and manual testing strategies, build and maintain test frameworks using Cypress/Playwright, and collaborate with client teams to deliver robust software solutions. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience as a Senior Test Engineer.
• Experience delivering in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to develop scalable automation testing frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Cypress, Playwright, Mocha and Chai.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with databases and cloud platforms.
• Ability to create test strategies for large enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to embed QA in SDLC.
• Define and implement structured testing practices.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites.
• Perform functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
• Ensure CI/CD integration of test processes.
• Support Technical Leaders and client teams.
• Advise on testing approaches for project delivery.
