Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to strengthen our backend for microservices with Python. You will implement features, develop AWS Lambda functions, and design REST APIs while collaborating with frontend, QA, architects, and product owners in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Python backend development
Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
Knowledge of JWT/OAuth
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

Implement new backend features in Python within microservices architecture
Develop and enhance AWS Lambda functions (Python), integration processes, and orchestration
Design and develop REST APIs for web/mobile applications
Integrate with AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, Cognito, S3, and CloudWatch
Create and maintain infrastructure as code using CloudFormation
Monitor systems, analyze logs, and optimize microservices with Datadog and CloudWatch
Troubleshoot production issues, debug, and refactor code as needed
Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, architects, and product owners
Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in backend development, particularly with Python, and experience working in microservices architecture. You will be responsible for implementing new backend features, developing AWS Lambda functions, designing and developing APIs, and integrating various AWS services.
