Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our team. You will focus on backend development with Python and microservices architecture, delivering new features and APIs while collaborating with frontend, QA, architects, and product owners in an Agile setup.

The role involves implementing AWS Lambda functions, integrating AWS services (DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch), and shaping infrastructure as code with CloudFormation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Python backend development experience.
Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
Familiarity with JWT/OAuth and automated testing with PyTest.
Strong Git skills and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
Experience in microservice architecture and working in an international team.

Responsibilities

Implement new backend features in Python within a microservices architecture.
Develop AWS Lambda functions and integration processes.
Design and develop REST APIs for web and mobile apps.
Integrate AWS services (DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch).
Create and maintain infrastructure as code using CloudFormation.
Monitor systems and optimize microservices with Datadog and CloudWatch.
Collaborate with frontend teams, QA, architects, and product owners.
Participate in Agile sprint planning and standups.
