Luxoft in Wrocław, Poland seeks a senior Python developer to lead the build of a new data and application platform for an investment-banking client. You will design back-end services with Python, PySpark, and Databricks, while shaping architecture, CI/CD, and testing practices in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

You will mentor the team, drive best practices, and collaborate with QA and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on PySpark and distributed data processing.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Automated testing of data pipelines and applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workloads on Databricks.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
• Define and consume RESTful APIs across teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with QA and product teams.
• Write and maintain automated tests.
• Support and improve existing applications in investment-banking context.
