Momox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Python (m/f/d) for our logistics site in Szczecin. Join a pragmatic team, redesign warehouse systems, and deploy scalable services using Python with FastAPI or Django in a hybrid work model.

You will work on distributed systems, cloud technologies (preferably GCP), and AI-assisted development tools to deliver reliable software. English and Polish communication is essential, with occasional business travel to Berlin/Leipzig.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience with Python and FastAPI or Django.
• Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code.
• Bilingual English and Polish with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python with FastAPI or Django.
• Conceptualize and improve our software architecture.
• Understand and solve complex business requirements.
• Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Share expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices.
• Write RFCs for decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records.
