Job summary

Software Mind is seeking Backend Python Developers to join a long-term platform engineering project focused on high-performance infrastructure and self-service resource provisioning. You will build and extend Python APIs, improve RBAC and multi-tenancy, and integrate with infrastructure services.

You will join a mixed engineering team, contributing to new features, code quality, documentation, and delivery standards. Flexible and remote cooperation options with international clients are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Python backend development experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and multi-tenancy concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally.
• Strong communication with technical stakeholders.
• Senior mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs connecting the platform to infrastructure services.
• Extend existing Python APIs and add new platform features.
• Improve RBAC and multi-tenancy and support integrations with infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with a mixed engineering team to improve code quality, documentation and delivery standards.
