Workday, Inc. in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a dynamic Advisory Services Project Manager to lead customer-facing advisory projects across EMEA, delivering Workday Success Plans on time and within budget.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, guide project teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while aligning with Workday standards. Excellent PM skills and experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations are required.

About the Team

The Advisory Services Project Manager will simultaneously handle several projects, coordinating the delivery of packaged services to customers of all sizes and industries around the world. Project Managers drive the execution of projects, ensuring success, efficiency and quality via project management practices (e.g., develop project staffing plan, coordinate system access, conduct meetings, etc.) and by handling the customer relationship. Within these projects, Project Managers serve as an advocate for Workday, our employees and our customers in equal measure, to complete projects under budget and on time per the definition of each service.

You'll equally champion Workday, our people, and our customers, making sure everyone wins.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Project Management Experience: Solid experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations for small to mid-sized enterprises.
• Customer-Focused: Proven experience managing client relationships with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Strategic and Independent: Able to navigate varied business contexts with minimal guidance.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Multi-Tasking Pro: Comfortable managing several engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Implementation/ Deployment Background: Hands‑on experience with platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or IBM. Technical skills are welcome but not essential.
• Language Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of German and/or French is an added advantage, though not required.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
