The Business Intelligence team is a key partner in this journey, empowering stakeholders with trusted data, clear insights, and intuitive analytics products. We collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Services, and other cross‐functional partners to help them understand business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and identify new opportunities for growth. You’ll join a team that blends strong analytical rigor with a focus on practical, scalable solutions – and that believes in having fun while delivering high impact.**About the Role**As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help our leaders make better decisions. You will own the end‐to‐end analytics lifecycle: from extracting and transforming data, to building dashboards and reports, to proactively surfacing insights and recommendations.You will combine strong BI fundamentals (data extraction, manipulation, and visualization) with modern AI tools to scale insight generation and automation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their business questions, translate them into analytical problems, and deliver solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and easy to adopt.This role is based in Poland, and you’ll be part of a growing analytics community at Workday, with opportunities to learn, share best practices, and continuously develop your skills.Key responsibilities* Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into analytical questions, requirements, and roadmap.* Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL, Python to build reliable datasets that underpin reporting and analysis.* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau that provide clear visibility into performance and trends.* Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive analysis, and scale insight generation across stakeholders.* Conduct deep‐dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.* Build and maintain reusable metrics, definitions, and documentation to ensure consistency and trust in the data.* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure that data and analytics solutions are aligned with business processes.**About You**Basic qualifications* 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytics role.Other Qualifications:* Practical experience with latest AI tools.* Practical experience with data manipulation, analysis, or automationExperience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar.* Strong proficiency with Excel and G‐Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for analysis and communication.* Professional experience working in a data‐driven environment, supporting business stakeholders with reporting and insights.* SQL/Python knowledge is a plus.* Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.**.****Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For Poland Locations Only)**Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
