Job summary

PTT Consulting poszukuje Senior Project Managera odpowiedzialnego za koordynację end-to-end dostaw oprogramowania między Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Delivery i interesariuszami zewnętrznymi. Celem jest przekształcanie priorytetów roadmapy w przewidywalną realizację poprzez planowanie, zarządzanie zależnościami i ryzykiem oraz koordynację release’ów.

Wymagana jest biegłość w SDLC i praktykach Agile, doświadczenie w release planning i zarządzaniu zależnościami między zespołami.

Qualifications

• Świadomość SDLC i Agile.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami o złożonej architekturze software.
• Umiejętność pracy z zależnościami między zespołami i budżetowaniem.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie inicjatywami od planowania do produkcji: Epic, kamienie milowe, harmonogramy, zależności, ryzyka.
• Dopasowanie priorytetów roadmapy do zasobów i zobowiązań zespołu.
• Prowadzenie backlogu, planowania sprintów; priorytetyzacja i oszacowanie prac.
• Koordynacja zależności między zespołami i produktami, wersjami, integracjami i konfiguracjami.
• Tworzenie i utrzymanie planów wydań; zapewnienie gotowości do release.
• Monitorowanie postępów, identyfikacja blokad i raportowanie statusu.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Role Description:

Senior Project Manager coordinating end-to-end software delivery across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Delivery and external stakeholders. Focus on turning roadmap priorities into predictable execution via planning, dependency and risk management, and release coordination.

Responsibility:

Manage initiatives from planning to production: Epics, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks.

• Align roadmap priorities with team capacity and delivery commitments.
• Drive backlog refinement and sprint planning; ensure work is prioritized, estimated and ready.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, products, versions, integrations and configurations.
• Create and maintain release plans; ensure continuous release readiness.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and report clear status.
• Coordinate Development, QA and DevOps during execution and releases.
• Manage WBS allocation, team capacity and resource conflicts.
• Track budgets: actuals vs plan, forecasts and cost risks.
• Maintain visibility of schedule, technical, delivery, dependency and budget risks; elevate critical issues early.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in release planning, version management and software deployment coordination.
• Ability to manage cross-team and cross-product dependencies across Development, QA, DevOps, Delivery and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of software testing, release readiness, database and integration changes, and related technical risks.
• Experience in backlog governance, capacity planning, WBS management, budget tracking and delivery reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and engineering teams.
• Experience working in complex enterprise software environmenClarity and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
