Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Project Manager for Hip & Knee R&D Data Operations, Budget & Program Excellence, to lead portfolio analytics, financial planning, and governance across the Hip & Knee portfolio. The role supports execution excellence within a matrix organization and partners with PMO, Finance, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

Position can be based in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; or Warsaw, IN, with a focus on delivering data-driven decision making,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or portfolio management.
Experience in a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Data Operations & Portfolio Analytics: develop portfolio analytics, dashboards, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
Budget & Financial Management: lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for Hip & Knee R&D.
Program & Project Leadership: manage cross-functional initiatives, charters, schedules, and risk mitigation.
Strategic PMO & Governance Leadership: develop PM methodologies, governance, templates, and reporting tools.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication: present performance and recommendations to senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional alignment.
