As a Senior Project Manager within the Group Programmes and Portfolio function, you will lead the delivery of our most complex, high-impact programmes that are critical to our global transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders across regions and functions, and ensuring alignment with Lloyd’s Register’s long-term vision for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in project and programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, global initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change delivery, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to align delivery with strategic business outcomes.
Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, or AgilePM are highly desirable.
Project experience in re-platforming tools onto modern infrastructure, aligning with enterprise architecture and the broader ecosystem of digital compliance tools for customers and colleagues.
Project experience in implementing commercial management solutions to handle pricing and quotations within the wider customer lifecycle management context.
Project experience in evolving digital client interface solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
