Job summary

GFT Poland seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale technology initiative focused on enhancing and rolling out an internal application. You will coordinate the project from planning through delivery, working with product, delivery and development teams as well as stakeholders across the organization.

• Proven end-to-end project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across product, delivery, development teams and multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project end to end from definition and planning through delivery and closure.
• Create and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, outcomes and benefits.
• Coordinate an application enhancement and large-scale roll-out initiative.
• Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio.
• Engage with internal technology stakeholders to translate needs into delivery plans.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout product enhancement and delivery.
• Support adoption of new solutions and ways of working across the organization.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams and regions.
• Possess experience across multiple regions with a global perspective.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners and software development teams.

Salary range: 13900 - 21250 PLN gross

What will you do?

You will manage a large-scale technology initiative focused on the enhancement and roll-out of an internal application. You will be responsible for coordinating the project from planning through delivery, working closely with product, delivery and development teams as well as stakeholders across the organization. The role combines end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination and change implementation in a complex, international environment.

• Manage the project end to end from definition and planning through delivery and closure
• Create and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, outcomes and benefits
• Coordinate an application enhancement and large-scale roll-out initiative
• Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio
• Engage with internal technology stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a feasible delivery plan
• Coordinate with development teams throughout product enhancement and delivery
• Support the adoption of new solutions and ways of working across the organization
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams and regions
• Strong experience in end-to-end project management
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits
• Strong understanding of how technology and organizational change deliver benefits to stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple regions while maintaining a global perspective
• Experience working closely with delivery managers, product owners and software development teams
