Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant to take an enterprise CMS into production on AWS and to prepare regulated-market deployments including China. You will build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery, while ensuring data residency and market-specific isolation.

You will manage Jenkins jobs, Splunk dashboards, and AppDynamics health rules, contribute to security hardening and CDN/WAF tasks, and support on-call production activities and

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Experience with infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Docker.
• At least 2 years of experience with AEM.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Security hardening, WAF and CDN knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Openness to hybrid work from Kraków office (6 days a month).

Salary range: 135 - 170 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will be responsible for taking an enterprise content management solution into production on AWS and preparing deployments for regulated markets, including China. You will focus on secure, scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure, market-specific isolation and local requirements, as well as CI/CD, monitoring, security, backup and disaster recovery.

• Creating and managing AWS infrastructure for hosting enterprise applications
• Ensuring data residency, local requirements and per-market instance isolation
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Creating and managing Jenkins jobs
• Maintaining Splunk dashboards and alerts
• Creating and managing AppDynamics jobs, alerts and health rules
• Implementing monitoring, backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Supporting security hardening, CDN, WAF and CSP-related activities
• Supporting production monitoring, alerts and incident handling as part of on-call activities
• Supporting test environments, troubleshooting and access to AEM resources
• Supporting disaster recovery tests and environment migrations
• Supporting development squads with release activities
• Triaging support tickets and verifying change and incident requests
• Providing day-to-day technical consultations and troubleshooting for squad members
• Supporting QA activities for the Content Services Squad

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with AWS infrastructure for enterprise applications
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins
• Experience with infrastructure as code
• Experience with Docker
• At least 2 years of experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager/CQ)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Splunk and AppDynamics
• Experience with security hardening, WAF and CDN solutions
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
• At least 2 years of experience with Java
• Experience with REST services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month
