Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing and industrial projects from concept through handover. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate client relationships across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in manufacturing delivery, and fluency in Polish and English. Some travel to client sites may be required as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management delivering manufacturing/industrial projects across all phases.
• Demonstrated track record from concept through handover and commissioning.
• Polish building license.
• Able to manage construction outside residence if required.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and EPCM delivery models preferred.
• Prior consultancy experience with manufacturing sector awareness advantageous.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required.

• Act as a key contact with clients and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Participate in and lead tender processes to secure new manufacturing projects.
• Advise, mentor, and direct project teams to ensure best practices are followed throughout project delivery.
• Oversee client and commercial management, including contract administration and risk management, to minimize disputes, complaints, and claims.
• Engage with clients to understand and manage their expectations and requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Arcadis and external project resources, optimizing team billability and overall project performance.
• Act as a key contact with clients and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects across all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover).
• Demonstrated track record of managing manufacturing/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover.
• Polish building license.
• Able to manage construction outside of residence, if required.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models preferred.
• Prior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is advantageous.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required.
• Strong technical knowledge supported by hands‑on experience.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk.
