  • Partner with project sponsors and business owners to validate scope, align business cases and cost-benefit analyses to strategic objectives, and ensure delivery meets regulatory and control requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Manage, coach, and develop project team members to strengthen delivery capability, while maintaining accountability for budgeting, planning, and financial oversight across the programme.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 8–10+ years of experience in project or programme management, business transformation, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining delivery discipline, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions, with clear and structured communication at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience assessing complex issues, identifying root causes, and recommending practical, well-reasoned solutions.
  • High degree of judgment, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Commitment to governance, risk awareness, and ethical conduct, with the ability to assess business decisions with consideration for regulatory expectations and reputational impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Master's degree or advanced managerial qualification.
