Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Senior Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within Wealth Lending. You will own governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery across a matrixed organization with senior leaders in Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

In this role, you will manage scope, plan milestones, and communicate status clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in project or programme management, business transformation, or a related discipline in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong delivery discipline, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across business, technology, and risk functions with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within Wealth Lending, owning scope definition, planning, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Wealth Lending, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to maintain alignment and manage interdependencies.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including risk/issue tracking, decision logs, and steering materials for senior stakeholders.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will operate at both a strategic and executional level, owning programme governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery across a matrixed organization.
