UN Women Afghanistan is seeking a Programme Coordinator for a six-month consultancy to support the Integrated Programming and Localization Unit. The role focuses on partner closure, onboarding, and coordination of GBV and PSS initiatives, ensuring quality delivery and risk management.
The consultant will provide advisory services, contribute to strategy development, and coordinate with Sub-Offices, partners and donors, with travel to Kabul as required and home-based work arrangement.
Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
- Project/programme management certification would be an added advantage.
Aufgaben
- Provide advisory support and technical guidance to the Integrated Programme Unit.
- Coordinate partner closure, onboarding and documentation.
- Lead planning and coordination of the 16 Days of Activism across teams and partners.
- Provide oversight for GBV and PSS interventions and safeguarding.
- Monitor delivery timelines, risks and prepare progress reports.
- Develop partnerships and resource mobilization strategies.
- Travel to Kabul as required; consultancy is home-based.
