Job summary

WPP Media in Kraków is seeking a Senior Programmatic Specialist (Planning, Client Amazon) to drive programmatic strategy, plan media, and activate campaigns.

You will act as a key contact for client requests with the activation team, prepare materials and reports, and analyze data to deliver actionable recommendations. The role requires 3+ years of planning experience, English fluency, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with a hybrid office model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning and managing programmatic campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in programmatic strategy preparation.
• Media plan preparation aligned with the agreed strategy.
• Acting as a point of contact for client requests with the manager.
• Preparing and delivering materials for campaign activation.
• Preparing reports and PCA-s.
• Supporting the activation team with campaign setup.
