Job summary

The role leads GPT sub-teams, coordinates governance interactions, and mentors PM colleagues to drive execution excellence and value

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. desirable) in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with project/portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams in early/late development.
• Strong communication and governance preparation for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead strategic and operational planning with GPT and GPL/GPM teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and cross-functional inputs.
• Facilitate goal setting, governance interactions, and milestone delivery.
• Coach PM colleagues and develop talent within GPT membership.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in PM function.
