Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-pressure environments, preferably front-office application support.
• Extensive experience managing client queries and problems.
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming, preferably C++.
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of production and UAT environments through proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Take ownership of application components and act as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients during incidents.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement for processes and tooling.
