Job summary

Attio is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead its Product Security function for a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform, safeguarding the most sensitive customer data.

You will work with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure-by-design practices, lead incident response, and recruit a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps professionals. This role offers international remote opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in application security for large, multi‑tenant SaaS environments.
• Proficient in incident response across the full lifecycle.
• Ability to recruit and develop a high‑quality Information Security team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio's Product Security function for the AI‑native SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure‑by‑design systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks and attack vectors from AI features and AI‑driven development.
• Ensure secure software development and operational practices across teams.
• Lead production security incident response and drive remediation.
• Recruit and retain top Security Engineers and SecOps staff.
