Job summary

OANDA Poland sp. z o.o. seeks a senior product leader to shape the mobile trading experience. You will define strategy, drive discovery, and manage end-to-end delivery across iOS and Android platforms in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in complex, high-scale technical environments.
• Strong domain expertise in native iOS and Android applications, fintech/trading focus preferred.
• Hands-on mastery of mobile behavioral analytics tools and feature-flag experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile trading app aligned with KPIs.
• Establish modern product discovery practices across the mobile org with ongoing user research.
• Lead end-to-end delivery: discovery, scoping, sprint planning, release governance.
• Drive daily active trader growth via user observation, cohort analysis, and feature flags.

In this role, you will:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile trading application in alignment with organizational KPIs and key stakeholders.
• Champion and help establish modern product discovery practices across the mobile organization, driving continuous user research and hypothesis testing.
• Lead the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, covering customer discovery, scope definition, sprint planning, and release governance.
• Drive daily active trader growth through continuous mobile user observation, cohort analysis, and feature-flag experimentation.
• Partner closely with the engineering and design teams to translate strategic product visions into high-performance deliverables.
• Identify cross-functional requirements and resolve technical and commercial dependencies across value streams.
• Run post-delivery analysis to assess feature performance against target KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Mentor and coach more junior Product Managers, fostering their professional growth and helping elevate team-wide standards.
• Leverage AI tools on a daily basis to accelerate research, improve documentation, and generate insights that drive product strategy.

What skillset do you need:

• 7+ years of product management experience navigating complex, high-scale technical environments.
• Deep domain expertise in building and scaling native iOS and Android applications, preferably in fintech, trading, or high-transaction platforms.
• Hands-on mastery of mobile behavioral analytics tools and feature-flag experimentation frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering successful roadmaps, defining strategic priorities, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive background in agile methodologies, backlog management, and writing clear, actionable user stories.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability to independently gather data, uncover behavioral trends, and guide objective product decisions.
• Robust problem-solving aptitude focused on streamlining processes and removing usability bottlenecks.
• Day-to-day proficiency with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Demonstrated passion for knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and mentoring fellow product professionals.
• Personal experience investing or trading on your own using any mobile trading app is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
