Job summary

Huuuge Games Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own vision and strategy for core features of our mobile live-service titles. You will translate goals into actionable roadmaps, and work with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics teams to deliver high-impact updates.

You will deeply analyze KPIs, player behavior, and A/B test results, driving data-informed decisions that improve engagement, retention, and monetization, while championing the voice of the player.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in mobile live-service games.
• Strong KPI, retention, engagement, and monetization understanding.
• Proven experience with feature optimization, A/B testing, and event calendar management in live games.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics dashboards and SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and execution of core features.
