Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Product Manager in Poland to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Cards product and related expense management features. You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, compliance, and finance to deliver scalable, secure experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering customer-facing products.
• Experience leading complex product integrations with internal systems and external partners.
• Strong experience defining product strategy and translating customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills for hypothesis testing, data interpretation and decision making.
• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations and technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fintech/payments knowledge is advantageous; cards/ processors experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cards product across the lifecycle.
• Expand and evolve Cards offering with virtual and physical cards, controls, security and usage experiences.
• Lead expense management initiatives to control and optimize company spending.
• Drive complex product integrations with card processors, issuers, networks, and internal platforms.
• Build products to improve activation, engagement, and retention while improving efficiency.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Business teams.
• Define success metrics, use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
