Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Product Manager in Poland to own and drive the Cards product family and expense management capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features across virtual/physical cards, controls, and spending experiences, while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will shape roadmaps, define metrics, and use data-driven decisions to improve activation, usage, engagement, and retention across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering customer-facing products.
• Experience leading complex product integrations with internal systems and external partners.
• Strong experience defining product strategy from customer needs to scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cards product initiatives across virtual and physical offerings.
• Lead expense management capabilities and optimize company spending experiences.
• Drive integrations with card processors, networks, and internal platforms for scalable customer experiences.
• Define success metrics, leverage data and experimentation to validate hypotheses, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Finance to deliver card solutions.
