Job summary

Ciklum in Poland is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team full-time. You will guide cross-functional, enterprise-scale software delivery and ensure alignment with architectural standards across multiple streams.

You will review designs, pipelines, and delivery plans, partner with the Central Architecture Team, and drive automation, governance, and quality metrics in a modern fintech/payments context; remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Technical Lead / Delivery Manager in large-scale enterprise software (Fintech/Payments preferred).
• Hands-on software development background to inspect code, designs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience aligning multi-disciplinary streams around unified technical goals and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across technical solutions, codebases and systems across engineering streams.
• Drive cross-workstream alignment to ensure seamless integration and consistent practices.
• Review designs, code repositories, build pipelines, and delivery approaches for quality and architecture compliance.
• Collaborate with Central Architecture Team to implement core architectural strategies and standards.
• Validate day-to-day workstream execution reflects target architectures and standardized deployment patterns.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and architectural drift; realign teams and delivery plans.
• Governance: ensure metrics, code health, and quality gates are met.
