We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager FinCrimeto join our team and lead one (or a few) of the following project areas:

Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features).

Drive efficiency improvement in Risk Operations.

Improve effectiveness of the financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives).

Requirements:

Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including Discovery, Delivery, Continuous Discovery, Hypothesis Validation, and Product Experiments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities – able to identify the right problems and lead the team to find and deliver the best solutions.

Evidence-led approach – able to base decisions on data, identify key metrics and their drivers, and assess the impact of product investments.

Strong execution skills – able to manage complex product lifecycles.

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Low ego and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Sound knowledge of UX principles, including consumer conversion optimisation.

Experience with process optimization, re-engineering, and automation.

Experience in implementing 3rd party technology products.

Nice to have: Experience with financial crime prevention, regulated products, and implementing regulations.
