You’ll join a product area focused on turning behavioural signals into actions that drive conversion, revenue, and growth – not another CRM, but a system that helps businesses act in real time.

We have a clear direction. Now we need someone who can turn it into fast learning, sharp decisions, and continuous progress in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment. This is a builder role – you’ll define how the product works end‑to‑end, turning real‑time signals into measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own a product area end‑to‑end – from identifying the right problems to delivering measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, revenue)
• Turn direction into fast learning – define hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly
• Make high‑quality decisions in ambiguity and move forward without perfect data
• Work closely with engineering and design to build simple, effective solutions
• Move fast and stay focused – prioritise what matters most and continuously learn what works
• Collaborate across teams to build a cohesive product experience, not isolated features

You’re a strong match if you:

• Have experience building products in early‑stage or zero‑to‑one environments

Hard skills & experience:

• Experience running product discovery and rapid experimentation cycles
• Strong data fluency – comfortable using product analytics (e.g. Amplitude) to inform decisions and measure impact
• Background in activation, growth, or behaviour‑driven products
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams

We’re a hybrid team – remote when it makes sense, onsite when it matters most.

Once per quarter, your whole team spends 5 working days together at our Wrocław office – a time for focused execution, unblocking work, and driving key outcomes.
