Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management within life sciences, clinical technology, or software development.
• Experience launching software with RBQM, centralized monitoring, or oversight solutions.

• Own the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch and optimization.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and risks within the life sciences ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Maintain and communicate product roadmaps with transparency across the organization.
• Track product performance using defined metrics and adjust strategy to meet goals.
• Build relationships with clients and domain experts to validate direction.
• Support go‑to‑market planning, including messaging and launch readiness.
• Ensure features adhere to clinical research standards, including RBQM oversight.
• Champion a collaborative, innovative culture across teams.
