Job summary
EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager specialized in Clinical Trials to turn clinical, operational, and financial trial data into interactive analytics and data products.
You will collaborate with stewardship teams to design dashboards, data pipelines, and reusable data products across the trial lifecycle, including cost, recruitment, monitoring, and compliance analytics. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, guiding analytics roadmaps and shaping
Qualifications
- 10+ years of total experience in the data, analytics, and/or AI domain.
- 5+ years in Life Sciences, Pharma, or CRO environments, with hands-on work involving clinical trial data and a strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, owning delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Engage with customer stakeholders across Clinical Development and Clinical Trial Management to discover data and analytics opportunities.
- Envision, prototype, and oversee the implementation of analytical solutions based on deep clinical trial domain expertise.
