Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Kraków is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Category Experience to own vertical-specific customer experience, drive vision, strategy, and execution, and collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and analytics teams.

You will translate insights into requirements, plan mid-term roadmaps, define KPIs, and align stakeholders up to CL8 while mentoring junior PMs. We offer hybrid work, a strong tech stack, and a broad scope of impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in product management or similar role.
• Strong SDLC understanding and IT process knowledge.
• Data analysis and decision-making driven by metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for category experience.

• Own roadmap planning and mid-term initiatives with autonomy.
