IFS is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Copperleaf Asset Investment Planning platform to guide customer discovery, strategy, and product direction across 140+ enterprise customers in utilities and infrastructure. You will balance regulatory needs, capital planning, and data-driven decision making while working with global teams.

The role requires 25% travel, collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Customer Success, and ownership of market analyses, business cases, and go-to-market

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Proven capability in customer discovery and co-creation with customers.
• Strong collaboration with design and UX teams.
• Experience with regulated, asset-intensive industries or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort with long enterprise sales cycles and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and strategy for Copperleaf Asset Investment Planning platform.
• Spend 25% time with customers across global regions and events.
• Drive product strategy, cross-functional execution with Design, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Own market analysis, business cases, and financial projections for the product area.
• Translate evidence into a prioritized roadmap and define clear requirements.
