Job summary

Insly is hiring a Product Manager to own a critical part of our insurance platform in Warsaw. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, sales, and the board to shape and ship features that improve how insurers and brokers operate.

This senior, high-autonomy role requires experience in SaaS product management, direct end-user engagement, MVP validation, and monetisation strategies. English and Polish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in a SaaS business with a customer-centric approach.
• Hands-on experience working directly with end users to gather feedback.
• Ability to plan and organise work independently across teams.
• Experience testing and validating MVPs before launch.
• Experience with product monetisation and go-to-market strategies.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 2–3 IT projects simultaneously, delivering features and integrations.
• Own each project end to end: coordinate developers and track progress.
• Gather user requirements, write clear docs, and translate them into work for developers.

We're hiring a Product Manager to own a critical part of our insurance platform. You'll work closely with customers, engineering, commercial teams, and the board to shape what we build next and make sure it ships. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who has lived inside the insurance industry and wants to use that expertise to build software that meaningfully improves how insurers and brokers operate.

About The Role

What you'll do:

• Run 2-3 IT projects at once- implementing new features, integrations, or entire product lines- and deliver against agreed OKRs.
• Own each project end to end: coordinate developers day to day, organise their work, and keep them accountable.
• Gather user requirements, write clear documentation, and hand developers work they can act on.
• Scope the resources and tools each project needs.

You’ll measure success by:

• User activation
• Number of quotations
• Revenue and MRR
• Active users(logged in within 24h) vs. total users- with alerts when usage drops unusually low

What you’ll bring:

• Product management experience in a SaaS business.
• Hands-on experience working directly with end users.
• Independent in decision-making - you plan your own work and organise the team around you.
• Experience testing and validating MVPs.
• Experience with product monetisation and go-to-market.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
