Job summary

CKSource Holding LTD. is seeking a Senior Product Designer for TinyMCE. You will shape the editor experience across developers and end users, partnering with engineers from discovery to release, and evolving the design system to ensure a high-quality, accessible product.

The role emphasizes research, usability, and strong communication in English while coordinating with teams across multiple countries in a fully remote setup. CET overlap required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in software teams.
• Track record turning product goals into UX strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Experience validating designs via prototyping and stakeholder feedback.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture for complex flows.
• Grasp of modern web capabilities and technical concepts for design.
• Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and keyboard focus behavior.
• Experience maintaining design systems and componentized designs.
• Proven ability to run critiques, workshops and align stakeholders.
• At least four overlapping hours with CET timezone.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional design initiatives from discovery to delivery with product management.
• Validate design directions through prototyping, critiques, and stakeholder feedback.
• Drive alignment and trade-off decisions with product, engineering, and design peers.
• Improve interaction patterns, accessibility, and consistency across the editor and features.
• Collaborate with engineers on feasibility and constraints to ensure design intent is shipped.
• Maintain and evolve the TinyMCE design system across design and code.
• Identify experience gaps through customer feedback and industry trends.
