Job summary

AppUnite LLC is seeking Senior Product Designers for two product projects: Bench and a major European e-commerce platform. You will own end-to-end design in ambiguous contexts, collaborating with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders across a large corporate structure.

For the e-commerce project, most teams are based in Poznań and Warsaw, with remote work and occasional office visits or business trips.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer.
• Experience owning an ambiguous, undefined problem space from scratch.
• Proven experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong ownership and end-to-end responsibility.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Independently take ownership of a product area and drive it from ambiguity to a shipped decision.
• Lead discovery: define hypotheses, run workshops, translate insights into design decisions.
• Design end-to-end flows and high-fidelity interfaces with accessibility in mind.
• Use data and competitive insights to identify opportunities.
• Actively use AI as a partner in the design process.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Work in an agile, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders aligned.
