Future Mind a Solita Company in Poland is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own projects end-to-end and ship mobile design across iOS/Android. You’ll work with AI workflows (Claude + Figma MCP) and contribute to design systems, with 100% remote collaboration and no take-home assignments.

Fluent Polish and strong English are required, and you’ll mentor mid designers while presenting decisions to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning work end to end.
• High-level Figma skills: variables, advanced components, auto-layout.
• AI in daily workflow (Claude + Figma MCP) or quick ramp.
• Fluent Polish and solid English.

Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery to shipped, with influence over outcomes.
• Design mobile-first UI for iOS/Android, with cross-platform in scope.
• Mentor mid designers and present decisions to clients and stakeholders.
