Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences across Altium 365. You will balance strategic direction with hands-on design, collaborating with product management, engineering, and research to deliver data-rich, scalable workflows.

You will own design decisions, mentor teammates, and contribute to design systems while ensuring accessibility and quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product design for SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Experience owning end-to-end design in multi-team environments.
• Strong systems thinking for data-heavy workflows.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and prototyping.
• Understanding of front-end constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision and end-to-end experience for key areas of Altium 365.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear design principles and product direction.
• Make high-impact decisions on user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex, data-heavy, collaborative workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure designs support responsiveness, extensibility, and long-term product growth.
• Partner with PMs and engineering to align design with feasibility and priorities.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the design system.
