Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences across Altium 365. You will work with product, engineering, and research to turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable product experiences.

You will own the customer journey, balance technical constraints with intuitive interfaces, and mentor design teammates while driving high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience for SaaS/cloud or complex platforms.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end design in a multi‑team environment.
• Strong systems thinking and data‑rich workflow design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, tokens, prototyping).
• Understanding of interaction design, responsive web patterns, and frontend constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision and end‑to‑end experience for key areas of Altium 365.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear design principles and product direction.
• Make high‑impact decisions on user flows, IA, and interaction models.
• Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex, data‑heavy workflows across the product lifecycle.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs and ensure accessibility and quality standards.
