Allegro Pay is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive strategic analyses, shaping the direction of financial services on Allegro’s platform. You will evaluate initiatives’ impact on financial results and collaborate with data scientists, risk specialists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end analytics.

You’ll develop dashboards, measure important metrics like CLV and incremental impact, and ensure data processes are auditable and reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as product/data analyst or data engineer.
• Fluent in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
• Experience creating BI dashboards (Tableau preferred).
• Knowledge of code repeatability and Git is a plus.
• Experience with Python in data processing and analytics.
• Ability to transform data into insights and recommendations.
• Strong interest in technical and business growth.
• Knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, and product analytics metrics.
• Independent, proactive, inquisitive, meticulous, team player.
• Polish and English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy and direction for Allegro Pay's financial services.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Calculate key financial metrics (e.g., Incrementality, CLV) with auditable data pipelines.
• Create data-driven processes and follow software engineering best practices.
• Participate in design and production of data products and processes.
