Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Product Analyst for the Payments team to own metrics and analytical direction across products. You’ll partner with Product Directors to influence strategy, shape roadmaps, and drive data-driven decisions across a complex ecosystem.

You’ll design dashboards, perform segmentation, and push for experiments that improve patient payments experiences. You’ll work with analysts, researchers, PMs, designers and engineers to advance Docplanner’s product analytics culture, deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience with KPIs and metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and DBT.
• Data visualization with Tableau/PowerBI.
• Event tracking with Google Analytics/Amplitude.
• Python and data science libraries.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI IDEs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent data manipulation from multiple sources.
• Root-cause analysis using stats.
• Data warehouses and ETL awareness.
• Designing and measuring A/B tests.
• Training stakeholders to improve data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, analyses, and forecasts for product metrics.
• Validate hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborate with Product team to test features and run experiments.
• Own analytics stack across apps and services in Docplanner ecosystem.
• Guide stratégique direction with metric frameworks and insights.
• Help teams understand customers and engagement drivers.
