Job summary

ALGOTEQUE Innovation Hub is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of an enterprise laboratory informatics platform used by scientists across GxP and non-GxP environments.

You will bridge laboratory users, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring workflows, configurations, and integrations meet regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement and successful user adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Specialist in lab or scientific software.
• Experience with chromatography data systems (CDS) or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting lab workflows and data management in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of GxP, validation, audit trails, and controlled environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, translating to solutions.
• Experience supporting software implementations and onboarding projects.
• Hands-on system integrations, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination.
• UAT and regression testing experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for laboratory informatics solutions.
• Lead onboarding and migration activities for new laboratory users and instrument groups.
• Analyze laboratory workflows and translate needs into system configurations.
• Support system integrations by documenting requirements and data mappings.
• Perform impact assessments for software releases and recommend improvements.
• Define, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.
• Provide application support and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions and drive successful adoption.
• Maintain project documentation per SDLC and GxP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory systems and processes.
