Job summary

ALGOTEQUE ищет профессионала на роль аналитика продукта/аналитика бизнес-процессов для поддержки лабораторного информационного ПО и работы с CDS. Требуется опыт в бионауках, умение переводить требования в конфигурации систем и управлять внедрениями.

Кандидат будет работать с межфункциональными командами, документировать требования, проводить UAT и регуляторную подготовку, а также развивать обучающие материалы. Вакансия предполагает полную занятость в Варшаве.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Applicant Specialist в фармацевтике или бионауках
• Опыт работы с CDS или аналогичными лабораторными информационными системами
• Опыт поддержки лабораторных рабочих процессов и управления данными
• Глубокое понимание GxP, аудита, валидности и контролируемых окружений
• Умение собирать требования, проводить воркшопы и переводить их в решения
• Опыт внедрения ПО, миграций и onboarding проектов
• Опыт интеграций систем, маппинга данных и координации стейкхолдеров
• Опыт подготовки UAT и регрессионного тестирования
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать с заинтересованными сторонами
• Свободный английский язык

Responsibilities

• Выступать основным звеном между бизнес-интересами, лабораторными и техническими командами
• Собирать, анализировать и документировать требования к лабораторной информатике
• Руководить onboarding и миграциями пользователей лаборатории
• Анализировать рабочие процессы и переводить потребности в конфигурации системы
• Документировать требования к интеграциям, сопоставлениям данных и проверкам
• Проводить оценку влияния новых выпусков ПО и предлагать оптимизации
• Определять и поддерживать тестирование UAT и регрессионное тестирование
• Обеспечивать поддержку пользователя, устранять проблемы и координировать решение
• Разрабатывать документацию, обучающие материалы и FAQ
• Сохранять документацию проекта в соответствии с SDLC и GxP

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and technical teams; Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for laboratory informatics solutions; Lead onboarding and migration activities for new laboratory users and instrument groups; Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business needs into system configurations and functional requirements; Support system integrations by documenting requirements, data mappings, and validation considerations; Perform impact assessments for new software releases and recommend configuration or process improvements; Define, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing activities; Provide application support, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams; Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, FAQs, and self‑service resources; Deliver user training sessions and support successful adoption of new capabilities; Maintain project documentation in accordance with SDLC and GxP requirements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of laboratory systems and processes.

Требования:

Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Specialist supporting laboratory or scientific software; Experience working with chromatography data systems (CDS) or similar laboratory informatics platforms; Experience supporting laboratory workflows and scientific data management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry; Strong understanding of GxP principles, computerized systems, validation, audit trails, and controlled environments; Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating requirements into system solutions; Experience supporting software implementations, migrations, or onboarding projects; Hands‑on experience with system integrations, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination; Experience preparing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; Fluent English; Nice to have: experience with chromatography data systems, particularly Agilent OpenLAB CDS; Jira, Xray, Vera, or ServiceNow; creating training materials and delivering end‑user training; laboratory quality systems and scientific instrument software; Agile or global project environments.
