Job summary

ALGOTEQUE ищет специалиста по анализу требований и внедрению решений для лабораторных систем в Варшаве. Вы будете связывать бизнес-стейкхолдеров, QA и ИТ, собирать требования и помогать миграциям и внедрению новых модулей.

Требуется опыт работы в фармацевтике или Life Sciences, знание GxP и регламентированных систем, а также умение документировать процессы и проводить UAT-тестирование. Свобода профессионального роста и работа в международной команде.

Qualifications

• Требуется опыт поддержки ПО сбора данных лабораторного оборудования в фармацевтике/Life Sciences.
• Хорошие знания рабочих процессов лабораторий, управления данными и GxP/негgxP окружение.
• Опыт работы с регламентированными системами, включая контроль доступа и аудиты.
• Умение собирать требования, проводить воркшопы и переводить их в решения.

Responsibilities

• Выступать основным контактом между бизнес-заинтересованными сторонами, QA и техническими командами.
• Собирать и документировать бизнес- требования, сценарии, рабочие процессы и системные потребности.
• Поддерживать обучение и миграции для новых и существующих групп пользователей.
• Анализировать лабораторные рабочие процессы и преобразовывать требования в конфигурацию приложений.

ALGOTEQUE is an IT consultancy firm that helps startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations create and deliver innovative technologies. It designs, develops, implements, and integrates software solutions across AI, ML, BI, web, and automation for multiple industries.

Задачи

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, Quality teams, and technical teams;
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and system needs;
• Support onboarding and migration activities for new and existing user groups;
• Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business requirements into application configuration and process improvements;
• Document user roles, access requirements, data flows, integrations, and validation considerations;
• Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, system documentation, and SDLC records;
• Perform impact analysis for application releases and recommend required configuration changes or adoption activities;
• Define testing requirements and develop regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts;
• Provide Tier 1 application support, investigate user issues, and coordinate escalation of technical problems;
• Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and self-service resources;
• Deliver user training sessions and support successful adoption of laboratory solutions;
• Ensure application changes and decisions are documented to support compliance, audits, and future enhancements.

Требования

• Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in a pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D environment;
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data management, and GxP/non-GxP environments;
• Experience with regulated systems, including controlled access and user roles, audit trails, validation processes, and GxP system requirements;
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into system solutions;
• Experience supporting application onboarding, migrations, or system implementations;
• Experience creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and supporting testing activities;
• Experience with integrations, data mapping, and coordination between business and technical teams;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Unicorn and/or Biacore Insight software, laboratory informatics platforms or scientific instrument software, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow, creating training materials and delivering end-user training, Agile delivery models and digital SDLC processes, global pharmaceutical R&D organizations.
