Your responsibilities would include:

• managing Price List process
• managing different kinds of discounts
• managing approval process
• standarasing and optimising processes across Operating Companies
• providing specific insights if required
• appling deep knowledge of E2E systems and pricing & discounts process and digital skills in order to identify root causes of potential issues
• identifing risk and preventing them in the proactive way
• ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggest any improvements as appropriate
• working collaboratively with other teams (e.g Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the process
• supporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
• regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of Pricing and Discounts opportunities and issues
• driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan
• maintaining complete and up to date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• English level at least B2

• very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
• experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared ServicesCentres)
